I am a Ph.D. graduate student at Iowa State University who has a passion for improving communities and public health. I work closely with the University Translational Research Network (U-TuRN), an ISU hub whose mission is to promote sustainable community systems that enable healthy lifestyles. I am also the founder and president of the Community Engagement Club, an ISU organization dedicated to students who ambitiously seek to empower their communities. By serving on the Board of Directors for UWSC, I can continue to extend both students' and my own passion into serving communities.
